Ski Strengthening and Mobility Classes
 

Come join our ski specific progressive fitness program designed by Dr. Jessica Buja, physical therapist and lifelong skier.  This program is designed to get you ready to hit the slopes by improving you leg strength, core strength, agility, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. Beginner and Advanced programs are available or sign up for the comprehensive program to progress from beginner to advanced fitness to ease into your ski season.

Welcome to Mountain Range of Motion, LLC's Wellness Programs

         At Mountain Range of Motion, LLC we have designed a progressive ski fitness programs that will bring you from a beginner fitness level to an advanced level in preparation for your return to the slopes and strength in performance throughout the season.  The programs focus on improving your leg strength, core strength, balance, agility, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. There are 4 weeks of ski fitness beginner  sessions and 4 weeks of ski  fitness advanced sessions for pre-season and midseason training.  Muscle Recovery and mobility stretching/foam rolling class recordings are available  as part of the programs. Summer Ski Lift (TM) is a new  8 week progressive ski fitness program designed for off-season resistance training to gain added strength and power to your ski season.

        For those that are physically active you may be able to start with the intermediate/ advanced classes.  Those that require a more gradual start or lower impact program may repeat the beginner program as many times as needed until they feel ready to progress to the intermediate/advanced classes.  You can either join the ski fitness subscription plan for access to all of the programs and perform at your own pace on your own schedule, or join either the beginner  or advanced programs for access to the live Zoom classes along with the video library for one month or two month plans.

       

         All classes are real time online classes via Zoom or by recording under the Ski Fit Videos tab depending on the package you have purchased.  Zoom invites will be sent to the email you provide 2-3 hours before the class time starts.  If you have not used Zoom on your device, you will need to download this prior to the start of the class (click join meeting and you will be prompted to download Zoom). We recommend that you join your first class 15 minutes early in case you have any technical difficulties.

         Live online classes for Beginner classes and Advanced classes  restart every 4 weeks from September-December (see schedule above). 

 

 Purchasing a Video Subscription or Ski Fitness Program Package:

Holiday and Alternate Schedule:

There will be no live online classes on Wednesday November 13th, Thursday November 14th (if you are at the BOSTON SNOWBOUND EXPO that weekend come by our booth and say hello), Thursday November 27th (Thanksgiving), December 24th and 25th, 2025 (Christmas eve/Christmas day), or Thursday January 1st (New Year's Day) Recordings of the classes will be available under the ski fitness video library included in your plan.

Booking an Individual one on one Wellness training session:

Click client registration and create an account in the client portal.  Once  you log into the client portal go to SCHEDULE, select Individual Wellness Session: Fitness/Injury Prevention, and click the BOOK button on the left hand side of the page. You will be able then be able to purchase a single individual wellness session or pay by package.

For purchasing individual training packages through PTEverywhere:

Click client registration and create an account in the client portal. If you are purchasing a package of individual training sessions  login to the client portal and click on the PAYMENTS button.  Then choose Packages and Memberships, and +Add More packages.  Choose which Package you wish to purchase, click BUY, then click PAY NOW.  Once you  have purchased a package you will be able to book your package sessions.  If you need assistance with setting up the package or scheduling classes please call Mountain Range of Motion, LLC so that we can help you set up your individual fitness training sessions at the discounted  package rate. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Individual training/Wellness services may be paid through the client portal by credit/debit card or by calling Mountain Range of Motion, LLC at (207) 696-3688. We are unable to  accept HSA/FSA cards for wellness services as they are designed for fitness/injury prevention and are not physical therapy services.
