Once you have booked/purchased the recording package, login to the client portal and review/sign/submit the exercise waiver form.  The zoom recording links will be sent to your email by the next business day. The sooner you sign up, the longer you will have access to the recordings to be able to ski strong all season long!

Welcome to Mountain Range of Motion, LLC's Wellness Programs

         At Mountain Range of Motion, LLC we have designed a progressive 8 week pre-ski/ ski strengthening program that will bring you from a beginner fitness level to an intermediate / advanced level in preparation for your return to the slopes and strength in performance throughout the season.  The program focuses on improving your leg strength, core strength, balance, agility, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. There are 4 weeks of pre-ski beginner sessions and 4 weeks of pre-ski intermediate/advanced sessions.  Muscle Recovery and mobility stretching classes begin in September and foam rolling classes will be available starting October 2022.

        For those that are physically active you may be able to start with the intermediate/ advanced classes.  Those that require a more gradual start or lower impact program may repeat the beginner program as many times as needed until they feel ready to progress to the intermediate/advanced classes.  You can either join classes one at a time as your schedule allows or sign up for the Beginner/ Intermediate program (4 weeks), the Intermediate/Advanced Program (4 weeks) or sign up for the comprehensive beginner to advanced package (8 weeks)  The class schedule and pricing are listed above.

       

         All classes are real time online classes via Zoom.  Once you have registered as a new client you will receive an email with a link to PtEverywhere to login to the client portal and set up your password.  Once you are logged into the client portal you can book a class up to 24 hours in advance or call Mountain Range of Motion, LLC at 207-696-3688 up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled class. Zoom invites will be sent to the email you provide 2-3 hours before the class time starts.  If this is your first class, please make sure to login to the client portal to sign and submit the waiver form in the documents section of the client portal prior to the start of class.  If you have not used Zoom on your device, you will need to download this prior to the start of the class (click join meeting and you will be prompted to download Zoom). We recommend that you join your first class 15 minutes early in case you have any technical difficulties.

         If you miss the start date of a program or plan on starting your ski season later in the winter, you can join any pre-ski/ski strengthening class at any time or you can wait until the next round of classes.  Beginner classes and intermediate/advanced classes will restart every 4 weeks. Beginner/ Intermediate classes will be starting in September 2022 and will run through February 2023. Intermediate/ Advanced classes will be starting in October 2022 and will run through February 2023.

 

 Purchasing a Package: 

Click client registration and create an account in the client portal. If you are purchasing a package of classes (4, 8 or 16 classes) or a package of individual training sessions  login to the client portal and click on the PAYMENTS button.  Then choose Packages and Memberships, and +Add More packages.  Choose which Package you wish to purchase, click BUY, then click PAY NOW.  Once you  have purchased a package you will be able to book your package sessions (online classes must be booked 24 hours prior to the start of the class).  If you need assistance with setting up the package or scheduling classes please call Mountain Range of Motion, LLC so that we can set up your classes at the discounted  package rate. 

 

Booking a Class: 

Click client registration and create an account in the client portal.  Once  you log into the client portal go to SCHEDULE, select the class date/time you would like to book, and click the BOOK button on the left hand side of the page.  You will be able then be able to purchase single class sessions or pay by package.  

Booking an Individual one on one Wellness training session:

Click client registration and create an account in the client portal.  Once  you log into the client portal go to SCHEDULE, select Individual Wellness Session: Fitness/Injury Prevention, and click the BOOK button on the left hand side of the page. You will be able then be able to purchase a single individual wellness session or pay by package.

Holiday Schedule:

There will be no classes on Thursday November 24th, 2022 for the Thanksgiving holiday.  The Intermediate/advanced class will be held on Saturday November 26th, 2022 from 11:00am-12:00pm EST, followed by the foam rolling class from 12:00pm-12:30pm EST.

Payment:

Wellness services may be paid through the client portal by credit/debit card or by calling Mountain Range of Motion, LLC at (207) 696-3688. Payment is due at the time you schedule a class or appointment or when purchasing a package. If you are purchasing a package of classes or package of individual training sessions  login to the client portal and click on the PAYMENTS button.  Then choose Packages and Memberships, and +Add More packages.  Choose which Package you wish to purchase, click BUY, then click PAY NOW.  We are unable to  accept HSA/FSA cards for wellness services as they are designed for fitness/injury prevention and are not physical therapy services.
